Create a Ball of Energy

 

1)  Rub your hands together to open up your hand chakras.

2)  Relax your hands.

3)  Hold your hands in front of you like you are holding a ball.

4)  Move your hands in and out like an accordion until you feel a slight pressure or warm tingly sensation.  It feels like you are pressing against a soap bubble.

5)  Wiggle your fingers.  Can you feel the wave of energy created when you wiggle your fingers on your other hand?

6)  If you can the energy vibration of wiggling your fingers, then intend that this connection you feel between your hands in beyond time and space.  Leave your left hand where it is and move your right hand behind your back.  Wiggle your fingers imagining both hands are still together.  Do you still feel the wave of energy?  You just “moved energy” from a distance (long distance healing).
