How to visually see the energy ball in very dim light
1) Darken the room until you can barely see your hands.
2) Remove your glasses and relax your gaze.
3) As you create energy balls you will start to see a slight glow around your hands. Maybe the whispy white cloud will hide part of your hand from your vision.
4) Put your hands together and touch the tips of your fingers together on both hands. Slowly move them apart. Can you see the slight white glow of the energy line between your fingers? How far can you stretch it?
